Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center, a historic and elegant destination in South Boston, Virginia, is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Sales Administrator to join our team. Set on over 700 scenic acres with timeless architecture and multiple venues, Berry Hill is known for creating exceptional experiences. 

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding first impressions.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Berry Hill Weddings. From initial inquiry response, building of proposals, greeting guests upon arrival to assisting with tours, and administrative coordination.

You will work closely with our Wedding and Event Coordinator, to maintain organized records, and provide seamless communication between departments. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and create a welcoming atmosphere will be essential in delivering the exceptional service our guests expect.


The ideal candidate is personable, polished, and professional, with strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.
