Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center is seeking to add a highly organized and driven Wedding and Event Sales team member to grow our wedding and social event business. In this role, the successful candidate will guide prospective clients from their initial inquiry through the contract phase while showcasing the full Berry Hill experience.

This position offers a hybrid work structure, combining remote work with on-site office hours Wednesday through Friday, along with weekend site visits and property tours as needed.

This team member is responsible for converting wedding and social event inquiries into contracted business while promoting additional celebrations such as rehearsal dinners, welcome cocktail receptions, and farewell breakfasts.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, some background in food and beverage, strong administrative skills, and exceptional organizational ability. This role requires someone who is comfortable building relationships while confidently presenting Berry Hill Resort and its offerings to prospective clients.

During the onboarding process, the selected candidate will shadow the banquet team to gain a strong understanding of the property and our service standards. Once events are contracted, they will be transitioned to the event coordination team for detailed planning and execution.
